I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in 2010 and have spent my career helping clients buy and sell residential and commercial properties throughout the San Gabriel Valley—an area I’m proud to call home. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in many wonderful communities, including Pasadena, La Cañada Flintridge, San Marino, Arcadia, and South Pasadena. Since 2012, I’ve consistently been a top-producing agent at my brokerage, but what matters most to me is the trust my clients place in me.
Being able to speak and read Mandarin has allowed me to build strong relationships with many Chinese clients, both locally and abroad. Some of my most meaningful and successful transactions began with long-distance conversations and were completed without buyers or sellers ever being physically present. I take great pride in understanding every detail of the real estate process so I can guide my clients with confidence, no matter where they are in the world.
As a longtime San Gabriel Valley resident, I enjoy sharing my firsthand knowledge of the area—everything from school options and neighborhood culture to local amenities and lifestyle. I believe finding the right home goes far beyond the property itself; it’s about finding the right fit for how my clients live, work, and grow.
When representing sellers, I focus on presenting each home in its best light. I work closely with my in-house marketing team to provide professional staging, beautiful photography, and thoughtful, compelling marketing. I also offer simple, practical ideas for improvements—whether it’s enhancing curb appeal, maximizing interior space, or making small changes that can add meaningful value.
Since COVID, I’ve made a conscious decision to slow down and be more intentional with my work. I no longer aim to be the agent rushing from one transaction to the next. Instead, I choose to spend quality time with each client—listening carefully, understanding their goals, and walking with them through every step of the process. I truly enjoy working with people, building genuine relationships, and being someonethey feel comfortable trusting during an important life decision.
